Software Development Manager

Wellsource is currently recruiting for a Software Development Manager. Qualifications include: Bachelor of Science degree; 5+ years of experience in the software development industry. Familiarity with agile development principles and industry standard software development tools. Prior management experience preferred. Web development and .NET development experience preferred. Must be comfortable facilitating and coordinating meetings, as well as executing against established development priorities. Must also be able to successfully schedule resources to accomplish the established goals. Should be comfortable developing employees in the area of attitude, leadership, and technical skills.
