Wellsource Technical Training

Technical training is available free of charge to current Wellsource clients. Register by the Friday before the training session you are planning to attend.

We deliver our training classes live over the internet, using the WebEx conferencing service. Attendees can ask questions, and the entire session is recorded so that you may review it or share it with staff who were unable to attend.

If you have a number of staffers who will be taking training, you may choose to do that in a couple of different ways.

• If you have a conference room with a PC projector (or large monitor) and a speakerphone, you can watch as a group, in which case we'll send a class invitation to just a single individual.
   
• If you want your staffers to attend from their own desks, send us the names and email addresses of the other attendees, and we'll send individual invitations to everyone before the start of each session, containing all login instructions.

Just let us know which classes you'd like to attend, the dates you'd like, and the names and email addresses of any additional attendees; and we'll add you to the rosters.

WellSuite^® PWP Advantage™ Online Admin Training

Every two weeks we offer a suite of classes for our WellSuite clients, usually offered sequentially on consecutive days. The complete WellSuite^® PWP Advantage™ Online Admin Training course consists of five modules: Three required modules covering configuration and administrative tasks, one required module describes the WellSuite Explorer™ PC program, and an optional module covers Health Activity Tracker™.

Wellsource recommends that all WellSuite administrators attend MODULES 1, 2, 3, and 4. Administrators for programs that use the optional Health Activity Tracker program should also attend MODULE 5.
