The intervention manager is an interactive program feature that allows you to target participants based on a specified criteria, outline an intervention program specific to individual participants, and manage the program status. Interventions can be as simple as attending a weight management class or more involved such as a diabetes control program spanning several months or years.

- Targeting - quickly identify participants who match specific criteria.
- Participant Intervention Management - view, edit, and communicate participant intervention needs.
- Intervention Plan and Management - develop custom intervention plans focusing on individual health needs.
- Automation - automated intervention identification and e-mail messaging.
- Messaging - develop e-mail or letter messages interactively with WellSuite® assessments.
- Compliance Reporting - view and report on participant with assigned intervention programs.
Intervention Plan Performance
- Program Status - allows the program administrator to view participants enrollment status in the Intervention Plan(s) (open, completed, overdue or cancelled).
- Program Ranking - provides a view of all Intervention Plans as compared to the total intervention programs offered. This provides visibility into which interventions are in highest demand.
- Completion - analyzes completed and past due Intervention Plan(s), showing those completed within the allotted time, those that are completed but exceeded the allotted time, and those that are open and have exceeded the allotted time.
- Cancelled - presents a view of Intervention Plan(s) that were cancelled by the participant, with the reasons for cancellation.
