The HRA Advantage Plan works as follows: You choose the method of delivery for the assessment: online questionnaire, bubble-fill paper questionnaire, or a combination of the two (the combination will increase participation). Wellsource provides a secure online assessment that resides on our servers for a short period from which your employees access through a link on your website.
If you choose to use the bubble-fill paper questionnaires, we will send the PWP questionnaires to you for distribution to your employees. You then send us the completed questionnaires for high-speed scanning and report preparation. We then mail the personal reports to each employee and send the administrative reports that examine your organization's heath as a group. All collected data is securely retained for future comparisons.
