Coronary Risk Profile™ (CRP) Online makes it even more convenient to assess an individual's risk for heart disease. Your employees can take it at any computer that has Internet access. It also provides an online report, and links to health improvement information. CRP provides the administrator with aggregate health profiling data for an entire group of individuals.

Sample Individual Reports
The CRP Online questionnaire is simple and straightforward and takes only 15-20 minutes to complete. Clinical data can be added later by the program administrator.
Upon submitting the questionnaire, a report is calculated within seconds. The report shows risk factors in many categories such as family health history, lifestyle, and lab results.
Links on the report provide the employee with information that can help them lower their risk in problem areas. Also, the person can take this report to their physician for follow-up.

The Summary Group Report provides a statistical look at how all of the total participants are doing. It indicates the prevalence of risk factors in both numbers and percentages and specifies how many in the group are in the high-risk categories.

Major Risk Factors include: male 45+ years or female 55+ years, smoker, early family history of CHD, HDL cholesterol < 40, blood pressure 140/90+ either number, LDL 160+ or Non-HDL 190+ or total cholesterol 240+ (Personal history of CHD or diabetes not included)

Metabolic syndrome risk factors include: blood pressure 120/80+, fasting glucose 100+, HDL cholesterol men < 40 or women < 50, triglycerides 150+, waist girth > 40 inches, > 35 inches women
