  1. How do I place an order online?
    1. Step 1: Shop.
      1. Click the "eStore" link on the navigation bar on the top of the page.
      2. Browse our online store for wellness products.
      3. Add products to your cart by selecting a quantity and clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
      4. If you are not done shopping, you can click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to the Wellsource eStore home page.
    1. Step 2: Checkout.
      1. When you are done shopping, click the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. If you have not already created and account or logged in, you will be asked to do so at this time. 
      2. If you have a coupon, please enter it before you proceed to checkout.
  1. Do I have to create a shopper account to place an order?
    1. Yes, to place an order online you must create a shopper account. Creating an account only takes a few minutes, and is secure. Your account allows you to:
      1. Store your credit card, billing, and shipping information in the system for a quick and easy checkout process with future orders.
      2. Allows you to save items in your cart and complete orders at your convenience.
  1. I created a shopper account, but forgot my password. How to I retrieve it?
    1. If you have lost your password you will need to create another shopper account.

  2. Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
    1. Wellsource is required to charge sales tax on all purchases made if you live in the following states: Washington, California, or Florida. This tax is applicable to both shippable and non-shippable items. If you have questions about whether a tax is applicable in your area, contact us in one of the following ways:
      1. Use the Contact Us form, and someone will contact you.
      2. Call us at 503-656-7446, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
  1. What is the total cost of my order?
    1. Your total cost includes the price of your ordered item(s), the shipping and handling charge, and sales tax (if applicable). This cost is displayed as you proceed through the checkout process.

  2. Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
    1. Wellsource cannot process orders to Post Office (PO) boxes. To complete your order, you must provide a street address.

  3. What are my shipping options?
    1. We will ship your product to you by UPS Ground service. If you prefer another method, please call our Order Desk at 503-557-9539, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). Please note that shipping methods other than UPS Ground will result in additional shipping charges.

  4. I am from a country outside of the United States and am placing an order. What is the process?
    1. If you are placing an order from another country, we request that you place the order through our order desk. You can reach our Order Desk by calling 503-557-9539, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).

  5. When will my order arrive?
    1. Your order is processed and leaves our warehouse within 1-3 business days, at which point the travel time for UPS Ground applies. Wellsource does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

  6. How can I track the shipping status of my order?
    1. Please contact our Order Desk at 503-557-9539, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) or email well@wellsource.com if you would like the UPS tracking information for your order.

  7. How do I get a copy of my receipt?
    1. A receipt of your invoice will be sent to the email address you provided to us when you created your account. If you did not receive a receipt of your invoice, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, please email well@wellsource.com or call us at 503-656-7446, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) and we will be happy to assist you.

  8. What is your privacy policy?
    1. We will not sell or rent your personal contact information, and we believe it is your right to know what information we collect, how we use it, and what your options are for its use. For full details, refer to our privacy policy.

  9. How do you ensure that my credit card transactions are secure?
    1. The Wellsource online store has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the order information under our control. We use industry-standard security measures called SSL encryption. Encryption helps protect your credit card number and personal information by scrambling the data in transit to Wellsource.  We encrypt every order.   10. How can I contact customer service?
    1. You can contact the Wellsource Customer Service team in the following ways:

  1. I don't have a credit card or my credit card has been denied. Where else can I purchase?
    1. A credit card is required to purchase items through the Wellsource eStore. If you do not have a credit card and would like to place your order using a Purchase Order or check, call our Order Desk at 503-557-9539, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) or email well@wellsource.com.

  2. What is your return policy?
