March Wellness Tip

Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, you often end up doing a lot of sitting and standing. Here are some tips to make your trips less exhausting.
  • Take a couple of laps around the airport corridors to stretch your legs.
  • While on an airplane, periodically curl and release your toes tightly and rotate your ankles.
  • If there is no turbulence, go ahead and stand up and walk around. Not only will it help prevent blood clots, it will also help eliminate swelling of your feet.
  • Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
